''Authorized'' bot accounts are an exception to the multiple accounts rule. All bot operations, including separate bot accounts, must be approved by the Administrative team before they can begin editing The Sims Wiki. Permission to operate a bot will typically only be given for specific uses, and only to those users who are deemed as experienced and trustworthy. Use of a bot or bot software in order to edit, without getting the proper bot flags, is grounds for warning or block.
