Joseph's first RfA was declined mainly due to the "Not Yet" clause. Well that request was roughly five months ago and I feel that Joey is ready to receive the rights. Joey is online regularly, doing wiki-gnome work throughout the wiki. He has constantly participated in community discussions and is fairly well-rounded in his contributions.
