His last nomination was in February and was declined, but I feel that C.Syde has made a significant positive impact on this Wiki over nearly two years and almost 15,000 constructive edits. C.Syde has exhibited consistently good behaviour for a long period of time and I feel that he has matured since his last nomination was declined.
