:::::Seeing as this has dried up, there's no point keeping this open. The two oppose arguments highlight the "anger management issues" which Opel stated in his request and the belief that we have enough/too many chatmods as it is. I personally don't believe it's fair to shoot somebody down because of the belief that we have too many of a certain user group. I can see how having too many chatmods can potentially create problems but this doesn't change my personal opinion.

Hello all, I would like to apply for the role of Chat Moderator.
My main reason for wanting to become a Chat Moderator is that I am not currently very active on the wiki, and would like to help the community more by moderating chat.

As this as died completely, I'd say it's time to wrap this up. While the general consensus weighs favourably towards Spell-Caster Jr being a generally favourable influence within Chat, on one hand, the argument that Spell-Caster Jr isn't that active has been made while on the other hand, a contradictory argument stating the opposite has been made. That said, going by the two-thirds support rule, it seems that only roughly one third of the users who voted have voiced support. While these aren't related to Chat directly, they do raise concerns. You've abused the Steam group by spamming invites, for which you have been banned for, and just today you've used [http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/User_talk:Eminem_Fan_007?diff=560447&oldid=554582 a fairly hostile user summary] over your dismay of the talk page system. It leads me to question whether or not you can be trusted with tools that are actually quite powerful considering their scope plus, and I'm not jumping to conclusions here, the talk page thing makes me feel like you take things a bit too much to heart. While I can understand that you're only human and everybody can go through that, it doesn't look good when it happens on repeated occasions for the exact same thing. With this in mind, I really cannot support your request right now. :"I Am Volunteering To Help Because I Feel I Am Good At It" is not a reasonable request to make. You can feel like "You will be good at something" but until you actually get your feet wet and acknowledge what you will soon be responsible for, you probably won't get very far. Think of requests as a job application - you need to highlight and provide past experiences and any historical records your employers might be interested in, kinda like a résumé. They state their past experiences and mention how the rollback rights would benefit them. I do not have bureaucrat rights on this wiki, but if I was one, I would unfortunately decline your request.
