I propose either changing the text at [[MediaWiki:Move-leave-redirect]] or deleting it entirely. Changing the text requires that a ticket be sent to Staff via [[Special:Contact]]. Deleting it will restore the default MediaWiki system message text (which is just "Leave a redirect behind").
