:::I tend to believe in the adage, "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." Some people ''really don't understand their actions'', so it's not always correct to say that they're breaking the rules maliciously. But, that doesn't excuse them from the rules and it doesn't change any of the circumstances of this situation. I'm just saying, it's not usually a good idea to call someone a "bad user" when they could just as easily be an incompetent user.
