The Sims Wiki talk:Community Portal/Archive 5: Difference between revisions

I've made some changes to the [[Template:Sim|Sim Template]], putting more code into the template instead of having the user enter it, adding optional parameters, etc. This has, however, caused some problems on pages that uses the old template, mostly extra code around images and category markup appearing at the top of the article. If you see a page like that, please remove the extra markup <nowiki>(i.e. "[[", "]]", "[[Image:", etc.)</nowiki>. You can also remove some of the categories as they are now part of the template, as well. Also, Ibut haveonly addedif you add a new parameter, <code>sortname</code>, which is required.
