::::I've already taken action by returning to a once-per-month rotation for FA for the foreseeable future. As for solving the issue... it might help if we built up a longer list of articles that are ready to be featured. If for example we went through our articles and 'graded' them so that a user could come along and nominate one and start voting on it immediately, rather than requiring an admin to verify that the article is good enough to be featured. This would have the added benefit of allowing us to catalog which articles are good and, by extension, which ones need work.
