:::tl;dr? There are various reasons why APs may have gone inactive, it's ''not'' necessarily ''anybody's'' fault and this ''isn't'' the place to be blaming certain users for the inactivity of the APs, especially if nobody whatsoever decided to keep it from going inactive. {{GGsig}} 18:56, July 14, 2012 (UTC)
::::Perhaps I'll go with number 2, but I kinda suppose that admins can work more flexible, so they can work on whichever project that they think they can handle, not in particular one. If it's scrapped entirely, new admins might feel "lost" because they just don't know where to start or what for any APs, but I don't really think this is the point to talk about. :::::I'm going to bump this to try and get an answer. I realise that I opted to delete the feature above but I wouldn't be opposed to making it an optional requirement just to allow for more flexibility and if there is a certain area that an admin has experience with, they can jump in if they wish. {{GGsig}} 11:13, July 22, 2012 (UTC)
