Over the last couple days, I have been working on improving The Sims Wiki's functionality on the Wikia mobile app. I've worked out most of the bugs for the app, but I've encountered a problem linking to our game guides pages. I sent in a special contact and a member of Staff has confirmed that, unfortunately, the mobile app cannot link to pages in custom namespaces, like our game guides namespace. At this point, I think including links to the game guides in the app is very important, but it seems as though we're going to have to devise a way to link to those pages. :I haven't dived into the Wikia mobile app, so I'm not sure how it works. I do know that Wikia's mobile skin is trashy already (They broke the mobile editor for no good reason; I have to switch to monobook just to edit). Does the mobile app offer a "normal" way to view the main page? ::The mobile app is not the same as the mobile skin. For instance, as far as I can tell, you can't even edit the wiki from within the app; it's read-only. I do not believe it is possible to push app users onto the normal main page; upon opening The Sims Wiki's page in the app, you are placed on the "Mobile Main Page," which is composed of content specified in [[Special:CuratedContent]].
::The only idea I have, which I'm not even sure would work, is to create redirect pages in the main namespace for the game guides, to redirect to the GG namespace. But this would be a very annoying solution as we'd have to create dozens of redirects, and then create redirects for each new GG we create.
