Is there any way, we could perhaps modify the info-box template, so that it doesn't categorise Kürt as a Sim from the base game, because he clearly doesn't belong under that category. :I think I'd call it template limitation. Some other [[:Category:Downloadable Sims|downloadable Sims]] also have the same issue, like [[Billy Hatfield]] and [[CIA Agent]]. While it's not 100% accurate to say they're from the base game, they do come from a series after all, and it's not a really big issue.
