:Interesting...I'd say that a user who hasn't been active for say 3 months(-ish) would be somewhat ineligible to be nominated/featured. It's kind of silly for someone to be featured and that they never find out about it. {{GGsig}} 08:12, May 25, 2012 (UTC)

::I think 2 months is enough if the user never appear ever again. Users who don't regularly edit, but are still active and appear on some occasions (I can note [[User:The Black Scorpion|The Black Scorpion]] for example) are still valid for nominations. That's what I think.
