Unworthy Tutorials

IMO, if a tutorial doesn't qualify to become a Featured Tutorial, then the current month tutorial should be called off. Admins who are responsible in this Featured Content should also inspect that the tutorial is worth reading or not. A tutorial shouldn't be featured merely because it's the only one that's nominated.
