His dog [[Lucy Jones]] and Alice's Sam get together at the end of the game and have three puppies. Throughout most of the story Thomas had helped Alice get through her troubles with debt and the kidnapping of her own dog [[Sam Whitt]]. In Open End Classic mode in the family bio it says he and Alice have know each other since they were kids. And he has had a crush on her ever since they were children but he was too nervous to tell her.
