* In ''The Sims 2'', speeding up time also speeds up (and increases the pitch of) sound effects and the voices of Sims in-game. In ''The Sims 3'', UI sounds are also sped up. In ''The Sims 4'', the [[television]] screenscreens will become distorted and music playing from the [[stereo]] will also be sped up.
