Titania Vineyards 1914 Toasting Set is a type of drink used particularly for wedding occasion. Making toasts can even be used at any time on any occasion. It doesn't necessary need to be placed on a surface object.

Sims can and will autonomously do "Toast to..." or "Toast with..." other Sims, even If there's no party happening around the time. Toasting Sims fill two glasses, which are carried on the platter, from the bottle. Guest and the household's Sims will gather around to partake in honoring the Sims who's being congratulated via toast by getting a glass of Titania Vineyards.
