:With an adult Sim of either gender selected, click the tombstone, select "Simulate genetic merger with", then the player will be required to choose the second parent, who may be of any age or gender, from the menu. Only Sims present on the lot can be chosen. If the same Sim is chosen, the baby will inherit his or her genetics only, but will always be the opposite sex.
