The '''Tri-Var Sorority''' Household have the pledge sisters [[Tiffany Sampson]], [[Brittany Upsnott]] and [[Heather Huffington]] attending the charter at [[Sim State University]].They reside in the sorority lot named, of course the Tri-Var House.
Brittany and Heather appear to be more interested in partying, unlike Tiffany, who seems more interested in studying and reading.

The Tri-Var house appears to be a good greek house, but soon the player might come to realization that it is a bit shabby, ridiculously pink and girlish and all. Tri-Var, inside, is a weirdly girlish house, outside, a cool asset. The player might realize Tri-Var is just as bad as [[Angela Pleasant]]'s evil ways to pick on [[Lilith Pleasant]] by the start of the game.
