They perform the Complain About Problems interaction like when a sim is Sad or Stressed or Embarrassed. Also by low needs; (except Fun and Social). The low needs make Toddlers like Angry or Sad but not Uncomfortable. Also by low quality things and mediocre woohooing. Take a bath and sleep in a expensive bed.
