I've encountered several Unsavory Charlatans in past gameplay experience, and know this to be true. And I don't see how one can find a source for it that's not a video.

Line 22: The Unsavory Charlatan also plays [[poker table\|poker]] and he always wins, because he always gets a poker hand of [[wikipedia:List of poker hands#Straight flush\|Royal flush]]. He also plays [[pool table\|pool]] and mahjong, meaning that he has distractions that may allow players to escape him, but unlike Mrs. Crumplebottom, who can remain distracted indefinitely, he is less likely to get distracted. The Unsavory Charlatan is voiced by [[voice]] actor Stephen Kearin.~~{{fact}}~~ His hat, monocle and outfit is available in [[Create-A-Sim]] debug mode. The Charlatan is generated once his NPC purpose is needed, unlike most other NPCs that exist before the start of the game. There are three pre-made Charlatans that exist in [[Exotic Destinations]], though none of them have character data. So technically speaking, there are no pre-made Charlatans that can be found in-game, only computer generated ones. This is also the case of the [[Wise Old Man]] and [[Edward Dregg]].
