Uses: Different wording than original wording, to handle hostile or attacking behavior. Advised that if two editors are engaging in hostility towards others, an admin should not play favorites and should warn both users. Made the box yellow (instead of blue) to differentiate it from the other warning, and also to show the added severity of the warning. Should be used only by admins, and should be used fairly.
