Nowadays, I no longer play the Sims, and it's not that likely I'll get back into it, if things keep going as they have been.  I still may play SimCity 4 occasionally; as a game it's showing it's age but it's still enjoyable.
I've also played Sims 1, even at one point having every EP for it. I took a short hiatus before I then got back into the series with Sims 3. As of this writing, I have every EP and even most SPs. Nowadays, I usually just create for TS3. Mostly lots, though I've been trying to expand into other areas as time permits.

I kind of have a web site. More specifically, an IRC server. It is: www.virtueandjoy.net , port 6697 (SSL). The channels are:

#simstalk - While there may be general chatting, it's with a Sims theme, and also with a creation theme.

#talk - This is just a general chatting channel, though rules still exist.

Basically, no being disrespectful and no trolling. Also no linking to porn, or any illegal stuff, including but not limited to getting otherwise non-free software for free.

As you may have guessed from my screen name, my name is Ben.

I've been a fan of the Sims for quite some time. I've played the game where it all started: The original SimCity, where each zone was a 3x3 area, and a top down view. I've even played other Sim games such as SimTower.

Nowadays, I no longer play the Sims, and it's not that likely I'll get back into it, if things keep going as they have been.  I still may play SimCity 4 occasionally; as a game it's showing it's age but it's still enjoyable.

Aside from The Sims, other interests include playing other video games, including but not limited to Zelda, Mario, GTA, HL1, HL2, and others. I also enjoy learning about how to run web sites and other forms of Internet based services, both the technical and not-so-technical aspects of it.  One of these projects is ChatLounge, an IRC network that I own and operate.

Off-line, interests include traveling/road trips, board games, and or at times, why things work the way they do.

Mostly, you can find me in the IRC channel for TSW.
