Hey guys!

If you have read this, then you'll know that Wikia are planning on replacing talk pages with a message wall. It will affect Monobook users too and any talk page edits will be archived but the talk pages cannot be edited.

On a personal note...I wholeheartedly hate this idea! Wikia is not a social network and talk pages are a much easier way to talk to another user. If we wanted to have a conversation with another user, we would go to IRC.

I know Wikia means well but this is just stupid...

Updates[edit source]

  • A list of users has been made for those to sign in the appropriate section based on their feelings over the Message Wall. Everyone is encouraged to sign.
  • The feature will be available for users to test next week. The testing will take place on the community test wiki.
