I undid your edit to that article because the information you removed is useful and accurate. In my game, that is what happens when I have a Sim use the Orb, and select the same aspiration. Now, I don't have FreeTime or Apartment Life, so I don't have secondary aspirations. If changing the secondary aspiration without changing the primary aspiration will reroll the LTW, that should be mentioned. However, you should not have removed the note.
