So, [http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Bluewater_Village?diff=480722&oldid=469761 here], I've just enlisted all NPCs and townies in Bluewater Village I can find from SimPE, but none of them reference to Elle Rodiek. I thought she has a randomized name of a premade townie, but I couldn't found any children there with similar appearance. I suspect she's a generated townie. The worst case of her corruption is that it could only happen to your neighborhood...
