:First off, you don't need the first <nowiki>{{DEFAULTSORT:last name, first name}}</nowiki>, so you can delete that. If you want to make this a family bio page, then you don't even need the other DEFAULTSORT template because "Hawkins Family" is already as you would want it to be sorted. Next, if you want to do a family bio page, you should use {{t|Familybio4}} rather than {{t|Sim4}} as the later is used for individual sims.

:Then there is the {{t|Relative}} template that can be used to show things like "Lydia Spencer (sister, deceased)" as "{{Relative|Lydia Spencer|sister}} [[File:Deceased.png|16px|Deceased]]". The code is: <nowiki>{{Relative|Lydia Spencer|sister}} [[File:Deceased.png|16px|Deceased]]</nowiki>
