After some mindless browsing I came across [[The_Sims_Wiki:Proposed_user_policies#Bot_accounts]], which prohibits the use of bot software to edit without a proper bot account and one that isn't approved by the administrative team. This is largely oversimplified and vague, so I have set up a [[Forum:Bot policy|forum discussion]] regarding the revamping of the wiki's bot policy. Since you were recently using AWB I thought this might have been of interest to you.
