Are you certain that Mike Steel's face is corrupted? Corrupted Sims can usually be distinguished by their use of the 2nd face template in their head-shot, regardless of what their genetic facial structure is, brown eyes regardless of their genetic eye colour, and no eyebrows. However looking at the head-shot, it's difficult to tell whether he has eyebrows or not. And when elder Sims have corrupt faces, their faces look like the adult version of the 2nd template instead of the elder version. Have you checked whether he uses the adult version of the 2nd template? I'm not doubting your findings.
