Sorry that I didn't reply in a month, I was busy working on an event for my Wiki. I'd be happy to make a logo, just not right now. Probably after New Year's because I have to run this event up until the end of December. The Dutch Sims Wiki
Congrats on getting admin on the Dutch Sims Wiki.
Our wordmark is made by Erry; if you ask him, he might be willing to make you one as well. Our favicon is at File:Favicon.ico. Go there, save the icon to your machine, and use the Theme Designer on your wiki to add it.

To answer all your questions, these changes are all things that have to be done in your wiki's css (cascading style sheets) pages. The main .css is at MediaWiki:Wikia.css. Your wiki does not have that page, so one will need to be created here. You can create it by adding or importing css code, such as the code from our css page. I unfortunately am not the best person to talk to about css coding, so if you encounter any problems with it I won't be of much help.
