I would presume you could be able to get them by using a program called [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], or, in your case, Sim3PE, it's TS3 counterpart. As for the moodlet icons, I would think they would be in the game files, and could be extracted with Sim3PE. the second is after i read you message i know that here is the problem: beau in french mean beautiful.
but beautiful in English has 2 means:
first beautiful is mean handsome or pretty like you suggest on the beau andrew page, but the second mean aesthetically or in indonesian mean "indah" and this is the example is "the mountains were calm and beautiful".
i believe the word beautiful mean on beau andrew page is not the first one, but the second one. because it is impossible for someone who put the word "beautiful" there with the first mean because he know beau andrew is male.

Not super fast, but we can depend on it. If the limit is exceeded, the speed will be limited instead, with maximum 15 kb/s. But that is MUCH better than 3!!! It really sucks!!! Hey, great job :). Templates are pretty straightforward to make. For exapmle, for your sig, I'd make one called Template:DeVgard07-sig, or something similar. Then, copy paste the coding for the sig into thetemplate, and publish it. Then type the name of the template, in <nowiki>{{</nowiki>double braces<nowiki>}}</nowiki>, without the template prefix into [[Special:Preferences|your preferences]]. Now, when you sign, the template will automatically be used as your signature.
As for whether you want to use it as your sig, that's up to you. Sigs can only be so long in the signature input box, but as a template they can be huge, and feature lots of coding. More advanced sigs like [[Template:GGsig|this one]] have to be made in templates. Seeing you've managed to put it on my talkpage with no problems, I'd just leave it how it is, for now, at least.

If you want to make a userbox, you can copy the examples from the premades, and it has to be templates as well. For your signature, I suggest using tildes when you can, because it's more practical.
