I would presume you could be able to get them by using a program called [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], or, in your case, Sim3PE, it's TS3 counterpart. As for the moodlet icons, I would think they would be in the game files, and could be extracted with Sim3PE. For the record, we don't need any images of moodlets at the moment, but we will need images of sim headshots. Another way you might be able to get the images is take a screen capture with the print-screen function. To make a template page, just click the "add a page" button on the left, and name the page Template:PageTitle. You might make it uppercase or add space if necessary, and then it's up to you to create the template! Template is a set of code, so it's rather different than articles. If you want to make a userbox, you can copy the examples from the premades, and it has to be templates as well. For your signature, I suggest using tildes when you can, because it's more practical.
