Hi. In general, when determining whether or not an NPC is safe to play as, they need to have 1. Full playable character data, 2. A real name, and 3. Are regenerated when moved in. However, as much as I can say about this, please direct your comments to [[Game guide talk:Which NPCs are safe to play as?]] so this can be discussed in the proper venue.
