#Make a new save game
#Choose Sunset Valley as the town.
#Click "Choose Household"
#Click either "Goth" or "Bachelor." Goth has Mortimer and Bachelor has Bella. I suggest choosing the Goths, because then when they are Young Adults, Mortimer can propose and their last name can stay Goths unless you want to use cheats.
#Go into "..." Options and turn off aging.
#Become Mortimer and invite Bella over. Make sure she said she will come, or keep trying.
#Open the cheat console ( SHIFT-CTRL-C) and type in "testingcheatsenabled true" without quotes.
#Wait for Bella to arrive.
#Once Bella comes, start being friendly. They are already Best Friends, so when you do a certain amout of nice interactions a interaction will show up called "Ask to be BFF." When they are, shift-click on Bella and click "Trigger Age Transition" Do the same to Mortimer.
