I'm not sure why. "Permission error" usually means that your account does not fulfil the permissions requirements needed to perform the operation. In other words, you are not allowed. |

But I don't see why you, as an unblocked, normal user shouldn't be able to upload images...maybe check it out with the admins. I'm not that good with Wikia technical stuff, and I'm just a fledgling admin on IH (Infinite Histories, if you haven't read my profile yet) so I don't think Id be able to help you very much. |
