By all means. It is really a trial and error type of thing to get it working. You can take a look at the template page {{t|Familytree}} to see how it basically works. You can also looks at my [[User:Icemandeaf/Sandbox|Sandbox]] to see how I have made it work. If you have any questions about how to do something, just ask.
