MHO is that they were given the name because they're considered eccentric, what with Magic Town basically being a carnival. As for it being a reference to Doctor Strange, color me skeptical. MHO is that they were given the name because they're considered eccentric, what with Magic Town basically being a carnival. As for it being a reference to Doctor Strange, color me skeptical.
