:[[Special:Diff/763407|Fixed]] (And an easy fix too!). I initially added some template code back in 2015 ([[Special:Diff/706565|diff]]) to try to get the "(UTC)" prefix to hide if the user didn't add the datestamp in the template. Back then I wasn't terribly good with complex template coding, and I didn't really understand what [[wikipedia:Help:Substitution#The_safesubst:_modifier|<code>safesubst:</code>]] did.
