It consists of Catarina Vanderburg, her two children Sebastian and Francisca and her husband Renauld Vanderburg. The family is said to be the royalty in the town. The daughter, Francisca, ran off to pursue her dream, since her mother wouldn't let her by pressuring her to marry, and she now lives alone in the woods and holds a journalist job. The rest of the family lives in a huge mansion in the middle of the town. Sebastian is said not to want to fit in just one relationship, but he is the final hope for his mother Catarina, who wants to see him married for the family best interests.
