'''Victor Hanby''' is one of the pre-made [[carpool|carpool drivers]] that resides in [[Riverblossom Hills]], the [[neighborhood]] shipped with ''[[The Sims 2: Seasons]]''. The other two carpool drivers are [[Valerie Chin]] and [[Shannon Curtin]]. Like all carpool drivers, he can't be made playable without [[cheats]]. There is no evidence that he is related to [[Sheldon Hanby|Sheldon]], or [[Lucy Hanby (Pleasantview)|Lucy Hanby]].

Victor has the same facial structure as [[Timothy Jeffress]]. He has short blond hair, dark blue eyes, and light skin. He also has facial hair, which is uncommon for standard NPCs. Victor can easily be cloned in [[Create a Sim]] with [[Testing cheats|debugging mode]] on. His [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|Aspiration]] is [[Romance]], and his [[zodiac sign]] is [[Libra]]. As far as [[personality]], Victor is quite playful, and very nice. But he is very shy, quite lazy, and somewhat sloppy.

When it comes to his [[skill]] points, Victor has maximized the [[body]] skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the [[mechanical]] and [[creativity]] skills. He is mostly [[interest]]ed in Travel and Sports. Unusually for a pre-made [[Non-playable character|NPC]], Victor has the [[memories|memory]] of meeting Timothy Jeffress, as well as having a pre-set [[relationship]] with him. What is even more unusual is that Victor is a carpool driver and thus, he can not be interacted with.
