HisHe characterwas fileplaced wasinto the Default pool where universal NPCs are placed instead of the Townie deletedpool, thus making him unplayable. From the several Sims in Garden Heights that have this issue, he is the only one that is male. He can be turned into a proper Townie by placing him in the Townie pool with SimPE. Vincent has the [[Romance]] [[aspiration]] and the [[Libra]] [[zodiac sign]].
