The voodoo doll appears in The Sims: Living Large and as a reward for visiting a hidden lot in Sims 2: Bon Voyage. The voodoo doll has only mundane uses. A Sim can use the voodoo doll on someone he or she dislikes who is in the house with them (although it cannot be used on children).
