The voodoo doll appears in The Sims: Living Large and as a reward for visiting a hidden lot in Sims 2: Bon Voyage. The voodoo doll has only mundane uses. A Sim can use the voodoo doll on someone he or she dislikes who is in the house with them (although it cannot be used on children). There is also a high chance that the voodoo doll will backfire on the sim who used it. In Bon Voyage, 5 voodoo dolls may be collected on the same shelf to get a reaction from visitors.
