Oddly, both girls have good memories of their parents' deaths. This is likely because the developers added their memories manually with a third party program, and didn't change the memories from good to bad. This happens with all pre-made playable [[Sims]] in Riverblossom Hills.
Patricia and Cleo are likely based off the Caliente sisters [[Nina Caliente|Nina]] and [[Dina Caliente]] respectively. Both they and the Caliente sisters are roommates, have active romances and are female. However unlike the Caliente sisters, Patricia and Cleo are not related.
Although the Wan household and the [[Caliente family|Caliente]] household do not resemble each other on the outside, they do have several similarities on the inside. This includes their comparable kitchens, dining rooms, lounges, and bedrooms.
