In Vacation, the pool slide is known as The Wet and Twisted, and costs §419. In Seasons, it is known as The Kronklehorn, and costs §800. Despite the differences in name and price, it looks the same in both games, except for a few slight differences in the ladder.
The Sims 3: Island Paradise includes two pool slides. One, the Hydroglide Waterslide by DeLuge Inc. costs §1,050, and is similar to the water slides in Vacation and The Sims 2: Seasons. The other, the Aquaducks Waterslide, costs §1,200 and uses a slightly different design.
The Sims: Vacation
The Wet and Twisted
Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, the Simmer's Guide to Pool Entry added "The Wet and Twisted." This slide full of twists and turns propels you and your friends quickly into the water for an even bigger splash than the cannonball. Use with Caution: Slippery When Wet.
Water slides were first introduced in The Sims: Vacation. They are found in the Swimming Pools section of Build mode, and must be placed over a large-enough swimming pool.
The Sims 2: Seasons
The Kronklehorn
Do you feel the need to live life wildly? Is carpe diem your personal motto? Oh yeah, we can definitely sense tour love of danger -- it's probably your middle name. The Kronklehorn is the ultimate for at-home thrill seekers. It will force you to climb to its mighty peak, then rocket you downward into an eagerly waiting pool. If that's not danger, we don't know what is.
Water slides return in The Sims 2: Seasons. They are found in the Swimming Pools section of Build mode, and must be placed over a large-enough swimming pool. Sims will either slide down on their backs or on their bellies before splashing into the pool.
Fun: 5 Available colors: Yellow, Pink, White, Red, Green, Blue
Water slides are added in The Sims 3: Island Paradise. They are an addition to pool objects. Children and non-pregnant older Sims can use the water slide. Water slides require enough space to be placed on a non-curved pool edges.
