Winston lives with his wife [[Clarice Freebers|Clarice]], and two other household members, [[Cindy Freebers|Cindy]] and [[Horatio Freebers|Horatio]]. He is unemployed at the start of the game and has no skill.
Winston is implied to be the elderly father of Cindy and Horatio. However, they are treated as roommates since there is no family ties and children in the console version of ''The Sims 2''. Also, Winston is only elder by appearance, as age is not featured in this game.
