Any Sim can wish for [[skill]]s, which can bestow new skills or increases to existing skills.
Note: Overwhelmingly positive and positive added skill points do not check if the Sim already has that skill maxed out or not. If the Sim has ten points in the skill rolled by this wish, the wish is effectively wasted. The more skills are already at ten points, the higher the chance to roll the one already maxed out.
