When there is nothing for him to do, he will converse with other party guests. If he is hired to a house that does not ~~either~~ have either a buffet table or punch bowl, he will grumble angrily and fine the player §25 for wasting his time, and then leave. He can simply be rehired later on. His outfit resembles a chef's outfit;, white coat, black and white squared pants with black shoes, and the big white hat. In most language versions, his name is Yves. One could even assume he's [[Yves Jacquet]] from [[Bluewater Village]].
