'''Caterer''' is an [[NPC]] in ''[[The Sims: House Party]] and [[The Sims 4 ]] they ''can be hired for parties or just when the player wants him over to help clean the house, refill [[buffet table|food tables]] and the punch bowl. He charges §350 for his visit, and will leave around midnight, or when the player dismisses him. Anyone can hire him, even [[child]]ren.
When refilling the buffet tables and punch bowls, he does it magically and does the same with emptying them before he leaves. When they are even slightly lower, he'll refill them to maximum. When there is nothing for him to do, he will converse with other party guests.
