2 Cover Up Road is a residential lot in Strangetown, and is the home of the three Curious brothers. It is a big observatory on top of the hill, with a single-story residential area. There are 3 bedrooms, each of which has a door to the outside. One, which is presumed to be Pascal's, has a crib. One has a "Mr. Bearlybutts" chair, and may be Lazlo's. The other is an ordinary bedroom. There is also a tall tower that serves as an observatory platform for a telescope, and a garden room which contains an AquaGreen Hydroponic Garden.

The residence area has some very narrow hallways, and Sims will often choose to go outside to walk from one side to the other. Also, if one of the brothers is sitting at the counter to eat, the others may decide that the table outside is closer.

The house is too small to accommodate three adult men and one or two small children. To get money to fix this, the platforms and columns can be dismantled. The platform structures are worth a lot of money and all objects on the lot are considered brand new. Selling the observatory platforms, one of the two telescopes, and the wall-mounted television can bring in about §30,000, enough to build a second floor with plenty of space for bigger bedrooms and a proper nursery. Because of this, the game considers the Curious Brothers to be rich Sims. Any Sims who marry them while they still reside on that lot will get the special memory of marrying a rich Sim.

While the outside is designed so that much of the terrain is uneven, a small area near the far left-hand side of the lot (as seen from the street) is level enough for a driveway.
