Being the founder of [[Pleasantview]] itself, Gunther amassed quite a fortune. The Goth Palatial Estate (as some players called it) iswas a large, massive mansion. It hashad a very nice garden outside (which includesincluded the 'non-haunted' graveyard) and small patio ready for Cornelia's high tea parties. The interior rooms in the first floor includesincluded the main entrance hall, the dining room, the study, the parlor, the kitchen, 1.52 bathrooms,{{confirm|1.5 bathrooms, 1st floor or whole house?}} the piano room and the aviary. The second floor's interior rooms includesincluded the second floor landing, a bathroom, the bedroom, the pet room, the lounge and the terrace.

There arewere many plants, both indoor and outdoor, so Gunther and Cornelia would do well to hire a [[gardener]]. The player will need to move some of the indoor plants so the gardener can get to them.

Unlike the Goth home where Mortimer, Bella, and Cassandra live, this house hashad a television, and the exterior walls are not very Gothic and shabby, but instead built in the period New Orleans style, uniform to the other buildings around [[Old Town]]. There are about twelve tombstones in the graveyard, but who is buried in it is unknown. The house costs around §162,000.

It iswas unknown what hashad become of the house in ''[[The Sims 2]]'', although it is possible that the property was destroyed in the fire that killed Gunther Goth.
