7 Sim Lane is a lot that appeared in The Sims. It was owned by Bob and Betty Newbie, and is presumed to be the house where Brandi Broke grew up. It only has one floor. It has a kitchen which also serves as a dining room and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio with two chairs. The lot was quite large, even though the house was quite small. One strange thing is that the house doesn't have a stove, only a microwave. (In The Sims, microwaves and stoves have the same functions, but this changed in The Sims 2.) The house's price is around 19,000 simoleons. This lot is right next to 6 Sim Lane.
Another strange fact is that this lot (and all the other 7 Sim Lanes), appear to be on the end of a dual carriageway with a small hedgerow on the central reservation when on the lot, but does not appear on the neighborhood screen, which appears as a single road up until Unleashed, but the reservation instead appears to be lined with trees.
